Easter free bike checks

We’ll be out in Oxhey Park again over Easter, hanging outside The Tasty Bean, drinking too much coffee and checking over your lovely bikes for FREE! Whether you’ve discovered an issue or you just think it feels a bit weird (or you’d like us to look at the setup your little one is riding on) we’re happy to help!

What do the bike checks involve?

Our bike checks are just that - checks. It’s not a full service, but it’s an assessment to identify anything that:

1- might be dangerous

2 - could be quickly improved for your comfort

We’ve had parents who put together their kid’s bikes realising the brake wires were the wrong way around, or the headset is wobbly. We’ve had noisy brakes, punctures, squeaking, skipping gears and general discomfort. So if there’s something wrong but you’re not quite sure, just pop over and have a chat.

If we can’t fix it for you, we’ll be able to tell you exactly what’s wrong, and how much it should cost to fix. We’ll even write it down for you if you want to go elsewhere to get it sorted. Or if you want to come to us on another day, we’ll definitely offer you a discount!

Just pop down to The Tasty Bean in Oxhey Park Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th of April with your bike and give us a big smile! We’ll also (probably) have freebies and egg-shaped treats galore. Come have a chat and get your free stickers, grab some bike accessories or enter our raffle!
