We are experts in servicing high end or premium bikes, as well as mid-range. We have years of experience in fixing Specialized, Cinelli, Trek, Cannondale, Wilier, Canyon, Pinarello and many more!

Absolutely! We now sell bikes through our website and in our workshop. We’re happy to have a chat with you on the phone, but it’s best to book a free consultation with us to come into the shop, have a coffee and we can discuss what your needs, budgets and priorities are, to find you the best bike for you!

We offer two standards of service:

Our Standard Service is £85, and our Full Jonny Service is £125 - which you need will depend on how long it’s been since your last service, what state your bike is in, and any niggles you’ve noticed.

We don’t work on e-bikes unless you’re in a real bind, and even then we only work on the mechanical elements and will ask you to take the battery away with you.

We do not work on e-bike conversion kits or e-scooters under any circumstances.

We have a decade’s worth of experience working on high-end bikes, so you know you can trust us with your bike baby.

Many other bike shops in Watford, whilst being very good, aren’t experienced in premium bikes and the issues that can sometimes arise with them.

We’re also a family-run, independent business, we give a percentage of our profits to cancer charities every month, we have experience working with cycle groups and race teams and we work hard to create a real community of cyclists who know and trust us.

We can’t guarantee same-day repair but we do try our best! It depends on what the issue is - for certain elements that don’t require ordering parts, we’ll be as quick as possible, and we’ll be able to tell you promptly if we can’t offer same day.

We are open Monday- Friday 10.30am - 6pm, and Saturday 10am-6pm.

We are not open on Sundays, but we will occasionally take emergency bookings, or do pick ups or drop offs on request.
